Satya Yuga (longest, golden age of gods/aliens – pre-Ice Age)

Treta Yuga (next longest, 3/4 peace and power)

Dvapara Yuga (1/2 peace and harmony)

Kali Yuga (current Yuga, ¼ peace, spiritual harmony)

 

Similarly:

Superconscious (Astral projection, NDE, out of body, death transition, full spirit communication, God-realization, Gamma brain waves, Turyia – silence of AUM)

Unconscious (Meditation, Trance, Yogi state, ¾ spirit communication, unattachment, Theta/Delta brain waves, Prajna – “M” of AUM)

Subconscious (Dreams, ½ chance of spirit communication vs making things up, inner world, Theta/Alpha brain waves, Svapna – “U” of AUM)

Conscious (Waking life, ¼ spirit communication, outer world, Beta brain waves, Jagrat – “A” of AUM)
