The Seven Rings of Hell

Yes you read it right.

Instead of the traditional Nine Circles of Hell (Limbo, Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Wrath, Heresy, Violence, Fraud and Treachery), there exists Seven Rings of Hell in the Hazbin universe, corresponding with the Seven Deadly Sins.

Asmodeus rules the Ring of Lust.

Satan rules the Ring of Wrath, the place where Millie and Moxxie are from.

Belphogor rules the Ring of Sloth.

Leviathan rules the Ring of Envy, perhaps the place where the von Eldritch family live.

Beezelbub rules the Ring of Gluttony.

Mammon rules the Ring of Greed. Mammon is the one who made Robo Fizz and Loo-Loo Land is in the Ring of Greed.

Finally the Ring of Pride is ruled by King Lucifer. It is where Pentagram City, the Hazbin Hotel and I.M.P. are located. Sinners can only exist in this ring while the elite Hell-Born can travel between the Rings/Districts. It is either because sinners physically cannot handle the other Rings...or it's because Lucifer wants to keep sinners in line! After all, they make up a large portion of the population and having them in one place makes it easier for Exterminators to kill them off. Why have mortals suck in his domain? It's Lucifer's punishment of course since he doesn't like humans!

The Seven Rings of Heaven

Since the Seven Rings of Sin exist in Hell, the opposites also exist in Heaven. This is different than the traditional nine levels (Moon, Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Fixed Stars and Primum Mobile)

There are Seven Rings in Heaven. The Ring of Humility is the opposite of Lucifer's Ring of Pride. It is where Holy City is located and where Do-Gooders live. It is where C.H.E.R.U.B. likely is (and it's where E.L.F. and the Haven Hotel is in the 2P parallel universe.)

The Ring of Chastity is the opposite of the Ring of Lust ruled by Asmodeus.

The Ring of Temperance is the opposite of the Ring of Gluttony ruled by fly lord Beezelbub.

The Ring of Charity is the opposite of Mammon's Ring of Greed.

The Ring of Diligence is the opposite of the Ring of Sloth ruled by Belphegor.

The Ring of Patience is the opposite of Satan's Ring of Wrath.

The Ring of Gratitude is the opposite of Leviathan's Ring of Envy.

Like the Archdemons mentioned above, the Archangels rule the levels of Heaven. The Archangels are powerful like the Overlords and Archdemons, and also serve as the primary antagonists in the universe. The angels are Michael (Will, color blue), Gabriel (Purity, Messenger, white), Raphael (Healing, green), Uriel (Peace, gold), Zadkiel (Freedom, violet), Jophiel (Wisdom, yellow) and Camuel (Love, pink) or Samael (War, red). Lucifer and the Archdemons used to be Archangels before their banishment to Hell. It is likely they will rise up together once again in the fated second Heaven Hell War to conclude the series.

 

The Third Realm of Redemption?

Aristotle and Plato list their own virtues in the Book of Wisdom: Wisdom, Moderation, The Common Good, Fortitude, Prudence, Justice, and Courage. These might correspond with a Purgatory place where sinners have to go through trials in order to prove themselves worthy. As an alternate idea for Charlie to use, it could be the key to reducing Hell's population while saving lost souls. It is a realm not Heaven nor Hell but in the middle, more related to Earth.
